We are here to support our customers with potential vendors to participate the RFP process  , develop RFP package , as well as evaluation methods , so that the customer will make his decisions to select the best system, later we could support the commercial and agreement  negotiations .

3. System deployment

It’s important to translate the customer system requirements and process to the system, so that later on the system will on operate accordingly.

We are here to support our customers with a comprehensive process to assure system provider well understand the requirements make the required adaptation and or changes on the system and later on run a testing to assure the system is ready to be rolled out .

It vital to have role out strategy approach to assure there is budget and resources to meet milestones and timelines
